This newly created Office Administrator is a multi-faceted role responsible for managing the office and financial operations for both companies. Specifically, this position will coordinate all office operations including developing and implementing best of practice processes, procedures, and internal controls, establishing new vendor and customer files/accounts, maintaining business records (client, employee, financial, and vendors), responding to incoming accounting (payables and receivables) related questions, generating, distributing and tracking client and vendor invoices, reconciling monthly bank and credit card statements, recording and depositing cash receipts and submiting bi-weekly payroll.
